I went on a trip to the five differnt towns in Cinque Terra in northwest Italy these last two weeks! I stayed for a few days in each town and traveled to Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
Monterosso al Mare was beautiful and the people were really friendly. I was a little woried when I first started my trip because my Italian is limited but it was pretty easy to communicate since a lot of people also knew English.
The food was delicious, and there were little stalls along the street selling fresh ingredients. Everywhere we ate, was very welcoming with a great atmosphere.
I went to Los Angeles for a few days and traveled to Beverly Hills to go shopping and ate at Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong in Koreatown!
The shops in Beverly Hills were huge and extravagent. It was fun to walk through all of them and to be able to look at the current styles. The clothes were of course expensive so I didn’t buy much but it was still a great experience!
The korean bbq at Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong was fantastic! The alcohol paired really well with the food and everything tasted so rich in flavor. Their was a vallet and the experience was upscale and unique without being too pricy. Overall one of the best places!
